November 2017 – Somac Threads acquires Sylkay Textiles along with the Aquatex Fabrics Product Range

Somac Threads Ltd has acquired Sylkay Textiles Ltd and will continue to supply Aquatex Fabrics. All existing production, testing and quality standards will be retained.

Aquatex Fabrics will continue to use Porelle® membranes within their laminated ranges. The team at Sylkay and Somac look forward to a successful future working with all existing and new Aquatex Fabrics customers.
